February mini-camp 2012
The St Johns Rowing Club will be attending a mini-camp on the weekend preceding SA Champs in order to fine-tune crews for the Championships the following week. This camp forms an essential part of our preparation for what is the most important event on the schools’ rowing calendar and all rowers are expected to attend camp.
The boys will travel by bus to camp on Thursday afternoon and will return by bus around lunchtime on Sunday.
The details for camp are as follows:
Venue: Witbank Yacht Club, Witbank Dam.
Date: Thursday 23rd February – Sunday 26th February 2012
Time: 13H00 BOYS TO LEAVE FOR WITBANK DIRECTLY AFTER SCHOOL ON THURSDAY.
BOYS WILL RETURN TO VLC AT APROXIMATELY 12:30 or 13:30 AT ST JOHNS ON SUNDAY
Cost: The camp should cost in the region of R600.00 per child. This amount will be billed to your school account. Should the costs of camp be less than expected, the amount billed to your account will be reduced.
